1. Overview
CC-PAOX01 is an 8-channel universal non-HART analog output module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, distinct from the 16-channel HART CC-PAOH01. It features 8 independent galvanically isolated 4–20mA output channels, designed for ordinary non-HART field actuators without smart communication functions. It converts real-time control logic values from the C300 controller into stable current signals to implement closed-loop process regulation. Matched IOTA terminal bases: non-redundant CC-TPOX01, redundant CC-TPOX11. Adopts hot-swap online maintenance design and G3 conformal coating, cost-effective for general process control loops without HART valve positioners in power, petrochemical, water treatment and metallurgy industries.
